Please join us for a free cardiovascular screening. Our Community Health Ambassadors will be on hand to guide you through the screening stations, answer questions, and help complete forms.

The screening will include measurements of weight, blood pressure, blood glucose levels (diabetes) and cholesterol levels. A finger prick test to obtain a drop of blood will be done to evaluate glucose and cholesterol levels. You will be provided with your results within 15 minutes and have the option to receive counselling from our nursing professionals as well as have your results sent to your doctor.
